Terrence M. Rasul, affectionately known as Tommy, passed away on March 12, 2024, at the age of 69. Born on July 19, 1954, in Trinidad & Tobago, Tommy's life was a testament to hard work and dedication. He had an unwavering commitment to maintaining high standards for quality. At the time of his passing, Tommy resided in Cape Coral, Florida, where he and his beloved wife were in the midst of building one of their dream homes.

He is survived by his wife, Christine T. Rasul, his two daughters, Aisha Krystel Rasul Bunkley (husband Randy G. Bunkley) and Danielle T. McKeen (husband Daniel McKeen), as well as his grandchildren, Nicolas McKeen and Olivia McKeen, whom he adored deeply. Tommy is also survived by his brother, Trevor Rasul, his sister, Judy-Ann Lee, and their respective families. He is preceded in death by his mother, Irene Mungalsingh, his father, Rustum Rasul, his brother, Dave Rasul, and his beloved dogs, Pebbles, Casper, Ginger, and Gidgette.

Tommy began his career as a civil engineer in Trinidad & Tobago before furthering his education in the United States, earning a master's degree from George Washington University. He made significant contributions to the engineering industry and also excelled in woodworking and real estate, leaving a lasting impact on those around him.

Tommy had a profound love for boating and fishing, spending countless hours out at sea. Additionally, he cherished his time spent in his yard. Whether he was navigating the waters or nurturing his green space, Tommy found tranquility and fulfillment in his outdoor pursuits.

A visionary with a knack for creativity, Tommy was constantly engaged in various projects, from designing houses to renovations and investments. His determination to pursue his passions will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.

Tommy leaves behind a legacy of resilience, keen intellect, and commitment to those he loved. His enduring care and steadfast presence will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched.

A funeral service will be held at 10 AM to 11 AM on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at Harvey-Engelhardt Funeral Home: 1600 Colonial Boulevard, Fort Myers, FL.
