My sympathy in your loss.
I have a special request in contacting you. My mother in law had a packet of old photographs which were part of a box left for her from her relationship with Ida Krebs. One picture is a baby picture of James Robert Scheibelhut. The baby bears a strong resemblance to the man we honor in this column.
I would love to get these very special pictures to the family of Ida Krebs. Also the baby picture.

What a joy Jim was to all that knew him. He helped raise not only his own children, but countless others. I can never thank him (and Becky) for being the perfect mentors, setting my daughter, Emily, up for a beautiful life. They guided, loved, and nurtured her for the first six years of her life. Now Jim is with the Lord. Becky, may you be comforted knowing the love of this good man and knowing that he is at peace. God bless you all!

Dear Becky and family; im so sorry to hear Jim has passed. He was an awsome man .I know i didnt know him long but what i didnt know of him he was a pleasure to talk to. Becky you were great with him. So sorry for your loss sweetie.

Hi Becky, I was just sad when I heard Jim had died. My mind went back to the 70's when we spent a ton of time on the ice together and the two times I went to Canada.
My first trip I spent the week in the tent with his dad and burnt a whole in his tent..O M G I never heard the end of it. You hang in there Becky..

We are so sorry to hear about Jim. We just found out last week from June & Al Malin that you have moved to Fort Myers and were planning on visiting you next month when we come to Cape Coral. Know that you are in our prayers. God bless.
