Annie C. Allen

Annie C. Allen, 91, of North Ridgeville, OH, passed away September 11, 2022 in Ft. Myers, Fl. She was born in Canton, OH in 1931 to her parents Lloyd & Fannie Green. Annie graduated from Malvern High School in 1949 before beginning her career as a legal secretary. She moved to Ft. Myers in 1968 where she worked for Henderson Franklin Attys at Law for over 40 years. She retired in 1998 and remained active playing the organ and singing in the choirs at McGregor Baptist Church, Riverside Baptist Church and Abram Creek Baptist Church in Brook Park, OH. She also enjoyed her time singing and playing the piano with the Stringers quartet. Annie will be remembered for her love of fishing. She was preceded in death by her brothers Wayne & Bill Green, two sister in laws; Myra Jo and Margaret Green.
Survivors include her daughter Connie (Tony) Messmer of Ft. Myers, her brother Wade Green of North Ridgeville, OH, her sisters in law Charlotte Green of Naples, Fl, two grandsons: Ryan (Jennifer) and Kyle and three great grandsons: Kiefer, Kelton, and Trace all of Cape Coral.
A memorial service will be celebrated 4:00 PM Friday, September 23, 2022, followed by a reception at Harvey-Engelhardt Funeral Home, 1600 Colonial Blvd. Ft. Myers.
